Whether you've recently been diagnosed, are supporting a family member or friend, or just aren't sure where to start, this free discovery call is a chance for us to talk. In this relaxed 15-minute conversation, you'll be able to tell me a little about your situation, ask a few initial questions, and find out how I may be able to help. It's also an opportunity to get to know me and decide whether my coaching and support are the right fit for you. If a longer consultation or one of our masterclasses would be beneficial, I'll explain the options available—there's absolutely no obligation to book anything further. Please note: Discovery calls are limited to one free call per person and are intended as an introduction rather than a full coaching session.
