Sessions & Webinars – Coeliac Compass
These Terms & Conditions apply to all live webinars, 1:1 consultations, and block bookings of multiple sessions.
1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance and paid in full at the time of booking.

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

Services are provided to UK residents only, unless otherwise stated.

Online access details are sent to the email address used at checkout.
2. Age & Attendance
-
Sessions and webinars are designed for adults.
-
Attendees must be 18 years or over.
-
Anyone under 18 may attend only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, with prior agreement.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Live Webinars
-
More than 48 hours’ notice → full refund
-
Within 48 hours → no refund
-
Non-attendance → no refund
1:1 Consultations
-
More than 48 hours’ notice → refund or reschedule
-
Within 48 hours → charged in full
-
Missed appointments → non-refundable
Block Bookings
-
Block bookings are discounted and non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Missed sessions are not refundable.
-
Block bookings must be used within the stated timeframe.
Provider cancellations
If a session or webinar is cancelled by us, you will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
A rescheduled or replacement session
4. Live Delivery & Recordings

All services are delivered live only.

No recordings or replays are provided.

Attendees must not record, photograph, or share any part of a session or webinar.

Access links must not be shared.
5. Transfers

Webinar places may be transferred to another adult (18+) with advance notice.

1:1 consultations and block bookings are for the named individual only and are not transferable unless agreed in advance.
6. Use of Materials
All content and materials are protected by copyright and provided for personal educational use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, or sold without permission.
7. Nature of the Information Provided

All services provide lifestyle support and guidance based on lived experience.

They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dietary prescriptions.

Content should not replace advice from a GP, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Attendees remain responsible for decisions made based on the information shared.
8. Accessibility
We aim to make services accessible wherever possible. Please notify us of any accessibility needs in advance.
